How to Cancel Your Order

Cancellation After 24 Hours

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • In such cases, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging).

  • The product must be returned within 10 days* of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are applicable for defective or damaged products as well.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at theetcclub@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund.

  • Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the item.

*7 days to request for a refund/ return. Request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of product delivered. 3 days is a grace period for the product to reach us. Including request period and the arrival of returned product to the store address should be within 10 days.

Return Scenario Example:

Day 1: Product Delivered to Customer

  • The customer receives their order and notices an issue (e.g., the wrong size of jewelry or a damaged ONO card set).

Day 2-7: Customer Submits Return Request

  • The customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • On Day 6, the customer emails The Etc Club at theetcclub@gmail.com and submits a return request with the order details, describing the issue (e.g., damaged item) and attaching photos as evidence.

Day 6: Return Request Approved

  • The Etc Club customer service team reviews the return request and approves it on the same day.

  • The customer is provided with return instructions, including the return address and packing guidelines.

Day 7-10: Product Must Be Shipped Back

  • The customer has a 3-day grace period (starting from the approval date) to package the product and send it back to The Etc Club.

  • The customer ships the product on Day 8 and shares the tracking number with The Etc Club.

Day 10: Product Arrives at The Etc Club

  • The product is received by The Etc Club on Day 9 or 10.

  • The team inspects the item to ensure it meets the return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.).

Day 11-12: Refund Processed

  • After inspection, The Etc Club approves the refund and processes it to the customer’s original payment method.

  • The customer is notified of the refund, which is expected to reflect in their account within 7-10 business days.

Key Points:

  • 7 days to submit a return request.

  • 3 days grace period for the customer to ship the product back after approval.

  • Total return process must be completed within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Sale items or items bought during promotional offers are final sale and cannot be refunded.
